So context, of course, matters. The answer to being happy won't always be, at all times, meditation, fasting, reading more, exercising more, knowing all the latest brunch spots, getting smashed every week, asking if things bring you joy, getting married ("to fix the relationship"), having a baby ("to fix the marriage") or quitting your job (to "double down on my blog"). And the answer to a strategy isn't always to find our purpose, be disruptive (what is that), be more authentic (what is that), invest in micro-influencers (what is that) or quote Byron Sharp like he was Jesus Christ. But equally, the answer won't be to shit all over any or all of these things by default.
